In games with clips in them, you get to keep them once the game has been won. Anyway, here is a list of the games, the controls, and how to beat each one: ________________ | Two Thumbs Down | ________________| This game is easy, on easy mode at least! If you are playing on hard mode, switch to easy mode before playing any of these games. A picture ( taken from one of the movie clips ) is jumbled up, and you have to unscramble it. Once you have unscrambled it, you watch the whole clip before it is added to your clip collection and you win the game. Move the mouse over a part of the picture. If the mouse is near the top of the piece, you change the part up. If the mouse is near the bottom, the part scrolls down, and so on. ________________ | Scope That Song | ________________| In this game, you have to guess the song from a certain number of notes played. The exact number is chosen by a spinning wheel. You click on the song you think is the right answer, and if it's wrong, you get an X. You lose the game if you get three X's, and you win the game if you get three answers correct. The songs are mostly well-known, such as Jingle bells. ____________________ | Doom in the Kitchen | ____________________| This is the game that lets you play as the chef, armed with a bowling pin and various items of kitchen equipment, who has to go around beating up moving cauliflowers and carrots and such. This game's only purpose is to... eh... hmmm...well, whatever it's purpose is, it's fun to play. Apart from the annoying music. Use the left mouse button to click on the floor, and drag it away from you, to go forwards. Use the left mouse button to click on an item of equipment in your inventory to select it. Use the right mouse button when you are near a vegetable to hit/beat/cut/slice it. Make your way towards the exit ( It is on the map in the corner ) to complete the game. This game takes a while to master well. NOTE- If you want to pick up an weapon, the best thing to do is to walk away from the item, then turn round, walk back to it and automatically pick it up. ________________ | Trivial Pursuit | ________________| This game is probably the hardest of all of the games ( unless you use the show me button ) as lots of the questions are about things you've never even heard of. Nine characters are in boxes, and they are rotated quite fast. When you click on the stop button, the current highlighted character answers the question and you have to agree or disagree. If you get the answer right, that character's bow is filled with and X and it is back to choosing a box. If you answer a question wrongly, the box is filled with an O. Get three X's in a row to win the game. _____________ | Flying Gonzo | _____________| This is one of my favourite games. Gonzo is inside a cannon, and you have to fire him through a target. Miss, and he'll hit off a wall, crash through the floor, and two paramedics will rush onto the stage and carry him back to the cannon. Gonzo does all of this while playing various classical pieces on the harmonica! As his assistant, you have to adjust the cannon. Click on the hight bar and drag it up and down to change the height of it, and click on the gunpowder bar and drag it up and down to change the amount that is used. I always use the largest amount possible. Usually, some sort of obsticle is in his path, like a water feature, or a ring of fire. These can be overcome. You win clips in this game. You may need to try a few times to get it perfect. ____________________ | Fozzy's Performance | ____________________| This is also an interesting game to play. Fozzy walks across the stage to a booing audience, which throw eggs, bananas, and fruit at him. It's your job to destroy them before they hit him. The cursor is the targeting device for a blaster thing, that shoots white 'black hole' things. Once you shoot one, it hangs around for a while, so you don't need to hit the oncoming edibles exactly. After Fozzy makes it across the stage, you watch, and win, and movie clip. _______________ | Beaker's Brain | _______________| This game is somewhat annoying. Dr. Honeydew spends a lot of time repeating what you've just heard for the past ( insert how long you've been playing this game ). The game is a bit of a time waster, as once you've finished the game, it takes a while to tell you how you have done. The point of the game is that clips of the inventions him and his assistant Beaker have made have been muddled up ( Oh no, not another game like this again! ) and you have to put them in the right order this time. Once the clip has been corrected, you get to keep it. This game is harder the first time you play this game as you do not know what the clips actually are. Use the red switch buttons on top of the machine to switch the adjoining parts. If you want, you can click on each image to see the part of the clip. ************************************************************************** --4-- Characters --4-- ************************************************************************** The only character that you can actually play as in one of the games is the chef, in his mini-game, Doom in the Kitchen. Here is a list of all of the other muppets that appear in this game. ------------------------------------------- Kermit - A green frog who is one of the smarter muppets. His mini-game is Trivial Pursuit. Mrs. Piggy - Mrs. Piggy does not have her own game, but appears in Trivial Pursuit and Scope that song. Animal - Animal is a red creature who plays the drums. You only see Animal once in a clip in this game. Fozzy - Fozzy is a stand up comedian who is famous for his rubbish jokes. Clifford - A jazz loving muppet who hosts Scope that song. Dr. Honeydew - A brainy scientist who comes up with some crazy ideas. Beaker - Beaker is Doctor Honeydew's assisstant, and he is usually the one who tests all of the inventions. Gonzo - A blue daredevil who spends his time in this game crashing into walls. Those two old men - These men are a duo who spend all of their time telling people what they've done wrong. Rat - The rat is the one who tries to get you out of the computer. He can be very annoying as every two minutes, he tells you that he likes cheese. ************************************************************************** --5-- The Walkthrough --5-- ************************************************************************** Now for the walkthrough. This walkthrough cannot tell you how to complete each game on the map ( Read on to find out what the map is ) because some games are random. First of all, the game asks you for your name, your birthday, your chosen difficulty, and your player icon. You give your name so the game can identify whose game to open if there are multiple player. I'm still not sure why you have to give your birthday, it doesn't congratulate you or anything. It asks you for your chosen difficulty but just choose the easy one. Lastly, you have to pick a player icon for the same reason that you gave your name. Now...we're ready to get started. There is a long cutscene in which, all of the muppets are sucked inside a computer and are scattered round the hard drive. Only Fozzy and Kermit remain together. Fozzy discovers a minibus that can be used to travel the system. You enter the bus and Fozzy sits at the wheel. Get ready for a bumpy ride. Click on the bitmap on the bottom right. Click on the file. Almost all of the files are games, but there are two or three which are different. Once the game is completed, two or more new files will appear. Click on the ones on the bottom right. Work your way in this direction, beating every game, the computer throws at you, until you reach the Memory Bank. There is a cutscene where Mrs Piggy is rescued and now you can come here to view your collection of clips. Try and complete the archive as some of them are funny. Keep workin on games, until the screen where the bitmap is goes wonky and the rat appears. He tells you where you are and what you need to do to escape the computer. Keep playing games ignoring the messages on the screen. Eventually, one by one, a post box, a gate, a building, and a shop appear. Each time one of these is opened, there is a cutscene where all of the muppets are rescued. Occasionally, objects fly across the screen. When they do, furiosly click on them. You are either treated to a free clip for your collection, a song by the ratters, or an object that is added to the buss screen. Eventually, the rat reports that he has fixed the computer and you are magically transported out of the computing world. "Never liked it much in there anyway." remarks Fozzy. This walkthrough looks short, but the game takes a long time to complete. ************************************************************************** --6-- On the Screen Items --6-- ************************************************************************** Here is a list of all of the things that fly across the screen ITEM | Clickable | Description ---------------|-------------|--------------------------------------- Fuzzy ball | Yes | A movie clip Strange guy | No | Annoying person Strange guy 2 | No | E-mail postman Ambulance | Yes | Song Suitcase | Yes | Song Spaceship | Yes | Item Banana | Yes | Item Haddock | Yes | Item Sun | Yes | Item Moon | Yes | Item Mallet | Yes | Item Chef's Hat | Yes | Item Thimble | Yes | Item Cheese | No | Some sort of glitch.
